Anatoley was born March 16, 1931, in the Bronx, the son of Anatole and Mammie (Howard) Larokko.
He was an aircraft machinist and worked for Weba Inc., New Hyde Park.
Anatoley is survived by his son, Todd Anthony Larokko, and daughter-in-law, Tracey Larokko, of Fleischmanns; and grandson, Todd Anthony Jr.
Calling hours are from 7 to 9 p.m. Friday, Jan. 20, 2006, at the Hynes Funeral Home, Margaretville.
Funeral services are at 10 a.m. Saturday, Jan. 21, 2006, at the Catskill Christian Center, Margaretville, with the Rev. Robert Engelhardt, officiating.
Burial will be in Chester Cemetery, Chester.
Funeral arrangements are by the Hynes Funeral Home, Margaretville.
Cola David Young COOPERSTOWN Mr. Cola David Young, 91, a dairy farmer for many years in Cooperstown, died Thursday, Jan. 19, 2006, at Mary Imogene Bassett Hospital in Cooperstown.
A son of Fred and Maude (Willsey) Young, Cola was born Dec. 15, 1914, in the town of Springfield. He was the eighth of 16 children.
After attending Owen D. Young High School in Van Hornsville, Cola was employed in a CCC Camp.
On Oct. 30, 1938, he married E. Mary Sauer in the Cooperstown Methodist Church.
In 1945, Cola and Mary purchased from her mother, Mrs. Jennie Sauer, a farm located on State Highway 28 just outside of the village of Cooperstown. It was here that they raised their family and he ran the dairy farm. In 1980, he decided to sell the cows and stop farming, while still maintaining their residence across the road from the barns.
Throughout his life, animals, most especially horses, held a special place in Cola’s life. Along with John Moffat and Sandy Barnes, he was one of the original members of the Leatherstocking Riding Club in Cooperstown. He also served as a judge for many horse shows, as well as having garnered many trophies and ribbons for his own horsemanship.
A member of the Cooperstown United Methodist Church, he was also a member of the Dairyman’s League and enjoyed hunting and playing pitch.
Cola is survived by three daughters, Mrs. Nancy Jane Laymon, of Oneonta, Mrs. Colaine Johnson and her husband, Theodore, of Milford, and Mrs. Ellen Eavener and her husband, Oliver, of Cream Ridge, N.J.; eight grandchildren, Cola Johnson, of Highpoint, N.C., Scott Johnson and his wife, Noel, of Oneonta, Eric Johnson and his wife, Beth, of Marathon, Staff Sergeant Garth Johnson and his wife, Tammarra, of Steilacoom, Wash., Christopher Laymon of Unadilla, Timothy Laymon and his wife, Stephanie, of Oneonta, Dennis Eavener and his wife, Anne, of Jackson, N.J., and Amy Ross and her husband, Jarrod, of Allentown, N.J.; 13 great-grandchildren, Erin Johnson, Kayla Johnson, Connor and Clay Johnson, Doran and Ryan Johnson, Kevin, Cole and Katie Laymon, and Taylor, Connor, Garrick and Jocelyn Ross; four sisters, Mrs. Hilda Jewell of Canajoharie, Mrs. Marion Benton and her husband, Sanford, of Canajoharie, Mrs. Helen Colwait of Utica, and Mrs. Virginia Haley and her husband, Jack, of Arizona; and many nieces and nephews, including a very special nephew, David Young, of Richfield Springs.
He was predeceased by his wife, E. Mary Young, who died June 26, 2002; one son-in-law, Floyd W. Laymon, who died Jan. 17, 1995; six brothers, Dorr, Alton, Alva, Edwin, Harold and Roselle Young; and five sisters, Mrs. Irene Lambert, Mrs. Grace Sliter, Mrs. Elsie Scott, Mrs. Ethel Mowery, and Mrs. Hazel Camponie.
Cola’s family wishes to extend a very, very special thank-you to his home caregivers for their kind, considerate and understanding care.
A funeral service will be offered at 3 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 21, 2006, at the Connell, Dow & Deysenroth Funeral Home in Cooperstown, with the Rev. Frank W. Mac Cracken Jr., pastor of the Word of Faith Christian Family Center in Maryland, officiating.
The Service of Committal and Burial will take place later this spring in Springfield Cemetery.
Friends may call at the funeral home Saturday afternoon one hour before the funeral service.
In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy in the form of memorial gifts may be made to the Susquehanna SPCA, 4841 State Highway 28, Cooperstown, NY 13326.

Milton James Schriver NORWICH Milton James Schriver, 63, of Norwich, passed away unexpectedly at his home this past weekend.
Born to Ernest and Ida Schriver on Aug. 27, 1942, in Cadosia.
Milton grew up in the Hancock, Cadosia areas and attended the local schools.
He served in the United States Army and served his country until his honorable discharge in 1970.
Milton was a gifted musician who could play numerous instruments. He had been with a country band named "Sierra Dawn" and "The Prairie Dogs" for the past nine years.
Milton could be found always helping family members and friends. He had a wild and witty sense of humor.
On Sept. 3, 1977, Milton married Evelyn Kosch in Hancock. She survives him in the Residential Home at Chenango Memorial Hospital in Norwich.
Also surviving are his sisters, Alice Hargoenes, of Unadilla, Florence Beadle, of Norwich, Vera Wahl and Joyce Bolster, both of Hancock; a brother, Donald, of Hancock; as well as many nieces, nephews and cousins. He also left behind a special friend, Sierra Dawn.
Friends may call from 10 to 11 a.m., with services at 11 a.m. Friday, Jan. 20, 2006, at the R.J. Fahy Funeral Home in Norwich.
Burial will be in Hancock.
Marion (Barton) Long ZEPHYRHILLS, Fla. Marion (Barton) Long, of Zephyrhills, Fla., passed from this life Thursday, Dec. 22, 2005. She was a resident of Zephyr Haven Nursing Home.
Marion was born Oct. 7, 1917, in Oneonta. She was the daughter of the late Chauncey and Katherine (Hughes) Barton of Maryland and Zephyrhills, Fla.
She was predeceased by her husband of 44 years, Charles Long, in November 1987.
Charlie and Marion were longtime residents of Oneonta. During the early 1960s Marion worked as a secretary at the Milne Library on the SUNY Oneonta campus. From 1966 until her retirement in 1982, Marion worked as a secretary and accountant at the University of Southern Florida in Tampa. At USF Tampa, Marion served as a mentor for graduate-level students in the accounting department during their internships.
Marion was a woman who had many interests including reading, traveling, listening to music and spending time with her family and friends.
Marion is survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins in New York, Pennsylvania, Connecticut, Illinois and Florida.
A graveside service was held in memory of Marion Long on Dec. 29, 2005, in Chapel Hill Gardens in Dade City, Fla.
Marion will be fondly remembered and greatly missed by family and friends.
Virginia Marie Hanlon Kaufmann LOS ALTOS, Calif. Virginia Marie Hanlon Kaufmann slipped gracefully into death in her home early on the morning of Dec. 15, 2005, just four days after celebrating her 60th wedding anniversary with her families and friends at the Stanford University Faculty Club.
Virginia, known as "Ginne" to everyone, was born in Walton on July 2, 1923. Her father, James Edsall Hanlon, and her mother, Helen Margaret Gladstone Hanlon, owned and operated a small country general store in the village of Andes, and they and their three children, Robert, Virginia and Fred, were all involved in community, church and school activities.
She graduated from the Oneonta New York State Teachers College in Oneonta in 1944 and worked as a grade school teacher in several schools until after her marriage to William Kaufmann in 1945.
Their son, Gary, died in 1967.
Their daughter, Gail Riley lives in Sunnyvale with her husband, Thomas Riley, and their two sons, Benjamin (20) and Thaddeus (17).
At Virginia’s request, there will be no public memorial service.
The families of Virginia Kaufmann prefer that in lieu of flowers, contributions be made to the Pathways Hospice Foundation, 585 N. Mary Ave., Sunnyvale CA 94084-2905.

Marie Muehl ONEONTA Marie Muehl, 94, of Oneonta, passed away Tuesday, Jan. 17, 2006, at the A.O. Fox Hospital Nursing Home.
Marie was born in New York City, the daughter of Louis and Genevieve (Franz) Pugliese on March 16, 1911.
She married Tony P. Muehl on July 26, 1944.
She was a homemaker who loved life in general. She especially enjoyed dancing and laughing.
She was a member of St. Mary’s Church.
She is survived by her husband, Tony Muehl, of Oneonta; her three children and their spouses, Lorraine and her husband, Fred Blasetti, of Granada Hills, Calif., Maureen and her husband, Tim Fide, of Fairfax, Va., and Joseph T. Muehl and his wife, Christine Juliano, of Schenevus; five grandchildren Marc and Theresa Blasetti, Genevieve Kilmer, Christopher and Nicholas Fide; a great-grandson, Jacob Fide; her brother, Louis Pugliese, of Oak Hill, Fla.; and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
She was predeceased by her two brothers and two sisters, William Murphy, Arthur Murphy, Florence Helwig and Tressa Pedulla.
A Mass of Christian burial will be offered at 10 a.m. Monday, Jan. 23, 2006, in St. Mary’s Church, Oneonta, with the Rev. Joseph Benintende, pastor, officiating.
Burial will be in the spring in Mt. Calvary Cemetery, Emmons.
Friends may call at the Lester R. Grummons Funeral Home, 14 Grand St., Oneonta, from 2 to 4 p.m. Sunday afternoon, at which time the family will be in attendance.

Lorraine V. Mitchell STAMFORD Lorraine V. Mitchell, 85, after a long illness, died peacefully at home in Stamford on Jan. 17, 2006.
She was originally from West Islip and Wading River.
Lorraine was the wife of the late John Mitchell. She was also predeceased by her sisters, Muriel Magnani and Edna Boulanger.
Lorraine was the beloved mother of Katherine Corali of Bradenton, Fla., Nancy Degen of Port Charlotte, Fla., Joan Willcox of Naples, Fla., John Mitchell III of Naples, Fla., and Melody Gay DiGregorio of Stamford; the cherished grandmother of 14; great-grandmother of 22; great-great-grandmother of four.
Graveside services will be held at 12:30 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 21, 2006, in Pinelawn Memorial Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, donations are requested in her memory to Catskill Area Hospice.
Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to the Hall Funeral Home, Stamford, under the direction of William A. Tari.
