SUNY-Cobleskill cross country runner Kristy VanCour has been named the NJCAA Division III Female Runner of the Year by Hill 'N Dale, the association's official newsletter.
VanCour won her second Mountain Valley Conference title on Oct. 13 at Cobleskill. Her time of 17 minutes, 48 seconds on the 3.1-mile course was the second fastest in course history.
VanCour is a four-time Division III All-American in cross-country and track.
