AREA COLLEGE ROUNDUP

Staff Report

Chris O'Neill scored 19 points and Marlon Marshall hit a key basket late in the second half Wednesday as Sage Junior College of Albany handed visiting Delhi Tech its first loss of the season. Marshall's basket with 1 minute, 10 seconds left snapped a 59-all tie.

"We should have played better," Delhi Tech coach Anthony Evans said of his team's play against the NJCAA Division II school. "They came out and pressured us. We turned the ball over a lot. Other teams have tried to pressure, but we've been more athletic."

The Broncos are an NJCAA Division III school.
