Full slate for O-State this weekend

All of Oneonta State's winter programs will be in action this weekend highlighted the men's and women's basketball teams, who will play back-to-back home games.
The women's team will play Utica-Rome at 6 tonight and Buffalo State at 2 p.m. Saturday. The men's team will play the same teams at 8 tonight and 4 p.m. Saturday.
The women are 5-8 overall and 3-4 in the SUNYAC after Tuesday night's 61-52 victory over Oswego. Senior point guard Kristin Lemon scored a game-high 24 points to lead the way. Classmate Alena Seabrook added 12 points and 13 rebounds.
Lemon leads the team in scoring at 16.3 points per game. She is the only player averaging double figures in scoring. Seabrook leads the team in rebounding with 8.1 per night while averaging 8.5 points.
The men snapped a seven-game losing streak with a 70-66 overtime victory against visiting Oswego on Tuesday. Sophomore Kurt Troyer had 20 points, his third straight game with at least 20 points. Junior Shaun Bauer and senior Bob Kelly each had double-doubles in the victory. Bauer had 17 points and 11 boards. Kelly had 16 points and 10 rebounds.
Troyer has taken over as the leading scorer averaging 16.9 points per game. Bauer and Kelly both are in double figures in scoring at 11.2 and 10.1, respectively. Senior Kevin Micha leads the team in rebounding, averaging 6.7 per game.
Wrestling
The Red Dragons will compete at the New York State Championships today and Saturday at Oswego. The event includes teams from Division I, II and III as they compete for the top spot in New York.
O-State will bring nine wrestlers this weekend led by the Winn Brothers, junior Greg and freshman Dustin, from Bainbridge, and junior Otis Place and sophomore Justin Chandler.
Dustin Winn, who will compete at 141 pounds, leads the team with 21 victories against four defeats. Place, at 157 pounds, enters this weekend with a 17-6 record, including two pins. Chandler (165) is 14-9 with four pins and Greg Winn (125) is 13-10, with a team-high six pins.
Freshman Nick Castellano (184), Walton graduate Billy Cooper (197), Matt Kaszubski (149), Jow Sanders (133) and Billy Stewart (174) will also compete for O-State.
Swimming
The men's and women's teams will begin their weekend at 4 p.m. today at Hartwick in a tri-meet with Cortland. Both O-State teams are coming off victories over Skidmore and St. Rose this past Monday. The men are 6-3. The women are 4-5.
The men were led on Monday by sophomores Ryan Harrington, Mike Reineke and Charles McLean, junior Matt Hunter and freshman Mark Vogel, who all won individual events.
The women were led by senior Bridget Connor, junior Marisha Pawlik and freshman Jennifer Krebs, who all won two individual events. Junior Tristen Weaver, sophomore Jessica Yost and freshman Mary Ryan each had one victory.
The women will continue their weekend in Troy at noon Saturday, when they compete at the Rensseler Invitational.
Indoor Track
O-State will open the last part of its winter schedule at Hamilton College on Saturday.
The only competition that both teams have seen this winter was in December when they were at the Cornell Relays.
Freshman Ashlee Robertson paced the women with 10th-place finishes in the 60-meter dash and the 3,000-meter run, and a seventh-place finish in the 300 meters. The men were led by freshman Dan Cain, who was fourth in the consolation finals in the 60-meter dash and 10th in the 300 meters.
