Delhi Tech men improve to 16-1

Delhi Tech 78, HVCC 51

Stanley Bolden had 21 points and six assists as Delhi Tech improved to 16-1 with a victory at Hudson Valley Community College.

Aquawasi St. Hillaire added 12 points and 13 rebounds for the winners.

Delhi Tech visits Mohawk Valley CC on Saturday.

Track

Delhi Tech's Marvin Elmore had an NJCAA qualifying mark of 6.3 seconds in the 55 meters at Thursday's three-team meet in Delhi.

Hartwick and Oneonta State also competed in the non-scoring meet.

Hawks freshman Renata Williams broke her own school record for the shot put. Her toss of 41 feet, 1 inch eclipsed the 40-10 throw set just 12 days ago. Williams had originally broken a Hartwick school record that had lasted for 10 years. She also had the best toss of the day in the weight throw at 7.63 meters.

The Delhi Tech 4x400 relay team will compete in the Millrose Games at Madison Square Garden in New York City on Feb. 1.
