Delhi Tech's Cebula honored as NJCAA Runner of the Week

Delhi Tech freshman cross country member Mike Cebula earned NJCAA Runner of the Week honors Thursday.
Cebula, from White Plains, ran a college-best 27 minutes, 38 seconds at the Mountain Valley Conference meet last weekend. The second-place time earned him all-conference honors.
Cebula is the fourth Delhi runner to earn runner of the week this season.
The Broncos play host to the Region III championships Saturday. Top-ranked Delhi has won four of the last five titles, including last season.
