Lindsay Page had two aces and five kills Friday, but Afton fell, 25-9, 25-12, 25-20, to New York Mills in the Class D Intersectional championship at Jamesville-Dewitt High.
Cathy Melnikow led New York Mills with 10 kills, three assists and nine aces. Anna Moskal contributed 21 assists and three aces for the winners.
Kat Sanford finished with three kills and Cortney Wilson had three assists for the Crimson Knights, who finished the season 8-11.
