Cooperstown 3, Sauquoit 1

Liz Broten scored twice for Cooperstown in a Center State Conference victory on the road Monday.

Sophia Rothweiler opened the scoring off a penalty corner with 54 seconds left in the first half before Broten got her first goal with 12 minutes remaining in the game for a 2-0 Redskins lead. Broten closed the scoring with 1:30 left.

Cooperstown (4-2 overall, 3-2 CSC) is at Mount Markham today.
