Cooperstown’s Josh Edmonds was 10th out of 256 runners over 3.1 miles at Bowdoin Park in Wappingers Falls on Saturday in the State Federation Meet.

Edmonds, who was second at the Class D state meet last weekend, finished in 16:29.1.

Guilderland’s Brian Rhodes Devey won the race in 15:56. Cooperstown coach Jessie Ravage said the slowest time in the race was 21:13.
