Tom Locke threw a three-hitter as Oneonta State won a non-conference game at home Tuesday. The game was called after seven innings because of darkness.
The Red Dragons (23-7) led, 1-0, going into the bottom of the third. Anthony Suhadolnik hit a three-run double to key the four-run inning.The Red Dragons scored five runs in the fifth and five more in the sixth. Brandon Galutz homered in the fifth and Nick Martino had a three-run double in the sixth.
Suhadolnik led O-State with two hits and four RBIs. Jake Wasielewski, Tom Colt and Scott Dubben (Cherry Valley-Springfield) had tw[an error occurred while processing this directive]o hits apiece.
O-State hosts Cortland in a key SUNY Athletic Conference doubleheader at 1 p.m. today.

Jessica Garabedian scored four goals, but visiting Oneonta State lost a SUNYAC game. Erin Maybeck had three goals and an assist for the Red Dragons (6-8, 4-2), who visit Brockport at noon Saturday.

Pat Branning won the triple jump (42-3 3/4) and was third in the long jump (18-8 3/4) to lead SUNY Delhi at a six-team non-scoring meet.
Delhi’s 400-relay team of Matt Jordan, Keith Romero, Phil Giordano and Magly Martinez won in 3:32.77. The Broncos will send its 400 relay team to the Penn Relays in Philadelphia on Friday; Adam Wilson will replace Martinez.
