Delhi 77, Adirondack 42

Abar Miller hit seven of his eight shots from the field and scored a game-high 17 points in leading SUNY Delhi to a home victory.

Miller scored 12 of his points in the first half as Delhi took a 43-19 lead. David Clark had 11 points and five assists, Danilio Hutchinson had nine points and seven rebounds for the Broncos (4-3), who play at Broome at 8 tonight.

Delhi’s David Clark scored 11 points.

Hartwick senior midfielder Tyler Hemming was named to ESPN The Magazine’s First Team Academic All-America in men’s soccer as announced by the College Sports Information Directors of America.

Hemming, the two-time Atlantic Soccer Conference Player of the Year, had a league-leading 10 goals.

Hemming is a sports management major with a 3.73 grade point average and has been named to the Hartwick College Dean’s List four times.

Hartwick’s Kevin Milkovich was named the Empire 8 Co-Athlete of the Week for men’s swimming Monday.

Milkovich, a sophomore, paced the Hawks to a 2-1 record at the Hamilton Quadrangular on Saturday in Clinton. Milkovich won 500-yard free (5:00.7) and 1000 free (10:19.36). He also finished third in the 200 individual medley (2:06.39).

Swimmers Danielle Ulanowski and Peter Millspaugh were named Oneonta State’s Athletes of the Week.

Ulanowski led Oneonta State’s women to their third consecutive team title at the North Country Invitational this past weekend at Postdam.

Ulanowski won three individual events and was on one winning relay in helping the Red Dragons amass 604 points, 144 points ahead of second-place Buffalo State.

Millspaugh won two individual titles and was part of three winning relays as the Oneonta State men won their first North Country Invitational team title. The Red Dragons clinched the meet in the final relay, with Millspaugh swimming the final leg.

SUNY Cobleskill swimmer Gabrielle Asay was named the Fighting Tigers’ Athlete of the Week.

A senior NJCAA All-American, Asay led the Fighting Tigers to the championship of the Donald Macomber Starting Block Invitational at Cobleskill on Wednesday. She won the 200 individual medley (2:41,46), the 100 butterfly (1:09.00) and placed second in the 50 free (27.55).

Over the weekend Asay helped Cobleskill to a second-place finish at the Harvest Invitational at Genesee Community College. She won the 100 free (1:00.51), and placed second in the 500 free (6:16.10), and the 200 backstroke (2:32.17).

The Fighting Tigers will compete Dec. 2 in the Bronco Invitational at SUNY Delhi.
