UV boys rally past Greene

Matt Potter’s 19 points and 12 rebounds led the host Unadilla Valley boys basketball team to a 53-50 Midstate Athletic Conference victory over Greene on Friday night.
Potter scored seven of his points in the fourth quarter when the Storm rallied for the win by outscoring the Trojans, 21-16. Josh Rivenburgh scored all five of his points in the period.
"We got the ball into Potter and Rivenburgh made (Greene’s zone defense) come out," UV coach Matt Osborne said. "We were able to get it into Potter and he was able to score pretty easily inside."
Juston Parks contributed 12 points and Mason Wyman 10 for the Storm (10-5, 5-1), who visit Sidney on Tuesday.
