The Smart Money
I will never forgive the Bills for making the last two football Sunday afternoons a couple of the lousiest days of my football-viewing career. Giants will march past Saints; Bills, Jets look like winners
Third-year Saints RB Ricky Williams had his first 100-yard game at New York two years ago, but the Saints still lost, 31-3. New Orleans is 3-4 when Williams rushes for 100 yards in a game. ... The Giants' Rodney Williams averaged 55.1 yards on eight punts in the light air in Denver in Week 1. Last week in Kansas City, his average dropped to 43.8 on four kicks. ... New York RB Ron Dayne has led the Giants in rushing the first two games, totaling 76 yards. He didn't even get a carry in the Super Bowl. ... New Orleans safety Sammy Knight had three interceptions in the opener at Buffalo, tying a team record.
