It’s never too cold to fish for steelheads
The river was low and clear, so every pebble at the bottom was as plain as day. With the bright-blue sky and white, billowy clouds overhead, a couple of my friends and I waded into the Salmon River near Pulaski. A cold breeze drifted up the valley last Monday, but the weather wasn’t bad for early March.
